Notarized Certified Translations of Vital Records

Translations of vital records, diplomas or grade transcripts, judgments or other judicial documents must be certified. Certified translations are required for immigration (USCIS), naturalization, citizenship, visas, greens cards, school or university enrollment (see Certified translation: diplomas and grade transcripts).

A certified translation in the United States is a translation followed by a statement of completeness and accuracy (affidavit of accuracy or Translator's Certification) signed by the translator. Our certified translations are signed before a notary public.
The signature before a notary public is a requisite when the translation is to be produced abroad and needs an apostille. It is also the highest level for a certification and is requested by courts.

Your translated document will look very much like the original. It will include the translation of stamps and seals and the notation of signatures. Moreover, we pay particular attention to the look of the translated documents. A translation done with care that is complete and easy to read is a plus for any application. See some samples:

 Testimonials

“Simply the best in NYC! Lovely couple and efficient, high quality work. Will never go anywhere else!”

Allison D., Manhattan, NY

“Excellent service. They translated 5 documents in 48 hours for a very reasonable price. They also sent me some additional official copies in less than 2 hours after a very urgent and unexpected request from the emigration administration. Thanks to their reactivity, I got all the approvals all I was looking for without them I would have probably lost a few weeks in long and stressful administrative process. They are reactive. Service oriented and professional. I highly recommend them.”

Cyrille Carillon, Manhattan, NY
